Christmas crafts!

Crafting with kiddos this weekend. Ideas are all from Pinterest, some with my own twist.

My 12 year old, the red head, worked intensely on ornaments for her basketball team. My little ones worked on ornaments and teacher gifts.

I'm back! Christmas Gift Ideas, post #1

I finished my Master's degree in October!  This means I can have a bloggy life again!  I'm hoping to resurrect both my blogs in the next few weeks.  Its been a busy 2 years and we've had a lot of changes in our life.  More to come!

Meanwhile.....Christmas is on my mind!  I'm looking back at my pins on Pinterest and starting to put together ideas.  I want to post a few of my favorites here!  (actually......the truth is.....if I don't post them, I will forget them!  sad, but true).

Sun Scholars has an awesome post on homemade gifts for kids - find it HERE.  Here are some ones to plan to do for sure!

1.  Reading pillow pattern

It looks like the pattern was for sale on Etsy - I don't see it there anymore but I messaged the seller.  I'll keep you posted!  Still love it!
Could probably modify it for use with an E-Reader as well.

2.  Pillow Mattress Tutorial - Love this one!  We travel for sports so much, I NEED to do this one!

3.  Play Kitchen - I'm not going to do this one as my kids are past the play kitchen age, but it is such an awesome idea, I had to list it!  It uses a used entertainment center (can you say Craig's List!!)

4.  A Hopscotch mat

5.  Homemade bath soap crayons
